Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Psycho-Social Counselor located in Nepal. The Psycho-Social Counselor will be responsible for conducting counseling sessions, providing emotional support, developing treatment plans, and promoting mental health and well-being among students.
Qualifications
- Counseling, Psychology, and Mental Health skills
- Experience in developing treatment plans and providing emotional support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion towards students
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Experience in working with students in academic settings is a plus
