About the Job
We’re looking for a creative and driven individual to lead our content and branding efforts at Cake Shop Pvt. Ltd. As we continue to grow and innovate, we want someone who can bring fresh ideas to the table and ensure our brand communicates consistently and effectively across all platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate team and shape the visual and narrative identity of one of Pokhara’s most beloved bakeries.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage creative projects from ideation to execution
- Develop innovative content ideas for digital, social, and print platforms
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams
- Ensure consistency across all brand communications
- Plan and oversee campaign timelines and deliveries
- Mentor and guide a small creative team
- Set clear goals and drive results with discipline
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a creative leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Media/Mass Communication, Design, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong skills in concept development and content creation
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Highly organized, assertive, and able to work independently
- A strong creative vision combined with the discipline to execute it
