Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients in various industries that could benefit from our service.
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, attending events, and digital channels.
- Conduct outreach efforts, including cold calling, emails, other social media platforms and attending industry events and conferences (virtually or in person).
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts based on client requirements and product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering client retention.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, technical, and support) to create tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Track, report, and analyze sales performance and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT sector and leverage that knowledge to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience on related filed
- Proven experience in acquiring and managing international clients, with a focus on B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of international markets and cultural nuances when doing business abroad.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the benefits of our IT solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to grow.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) and other languages is a plus.
Candidates with experience in international sales shall be preferred.
