Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients in various industries that could benefit from our service.
  • Proactively identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, attending events, and digital channels.
  • Conduct outreach efforts, including cold calling, emails, other social media platforms and attending industry events and conferences (virtually or in person).
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts based on client requirements and product offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering client retention.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, technical, and support) to create tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Track, report, and analyze sales performance and provide regular updates to the management team.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT sector and leverage that knowledge to inform sales strategies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience on related filed
  • Proven experience in acquiring and managing international clients, with a focus on B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of international markets and cultural nuances when doing business abroad.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the benefits of our IT solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to grow.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) and other languages is a plus.


Candidates with experience in international sales shall be preferred.
