Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live product demonstrations for potential and existing customers.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers using AI agents, automation, and project management features.
- Assist customers in setting up and customizing workflow automation to suit their business needs.
- Educate users on AI driven collaboration tools to enhance their team productivity.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the technical team, ensuring feedback is effectively communicated.
- Develop and update support documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
- Provide email, chat, and phone support with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with AI, automation, and project management trends to help customers adopt best practices.
- Experience in customer support for a SaaS, AI, or automation-related platform.
- Familiarity with AI agents, automation tools, and collaboration/project management platforms like Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Analytical mindset to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving technologies.

- Experience in technical documentation or training.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and AI-driven automation workflows.
- Prior experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or IT service industry.
