Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to support our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently and accurately while ensuring inventory integrity and timely reporting. This role requires basic computer proficiency, teamwork, and a valid two-wheeler driving license.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Receive and physically verify goods against delivery documents; ensure items are in good condition.
Implement and maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system for inventory management.
Conduct perpetual inventory verification and ensure same-day settlement of any discrepancies.
Prepare and report cases of shortages, damages, or leakages promptly; assist in their resolution.
Maintain accurate records of received consignments in both manual registers and ERP systems.
Ensure timely dispatch of goods via courier services in accordance with received orders.
Maintain up-to-date dispatch records in the daily dispatch register.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum academic qualification: +2 in Management; Bachelor's degree in progress (preferred).
Basic knowledge of computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, Word, ERP systems).
Strong team collaboration skills and a positive work attitude.
A valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Previous experience in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus but not required.
