Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing monthly book closing, bank reconciliations, and tax filings (VAT & TDS). Requires strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in Excel and accounting software, and the ability to coordinate with teams and meet deadlines.

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

Regular Update of books of accounts
Preparation of Dr Note
Analysis of payable ageing
Settlement of advances in books of accounts and notifying of pending advances to the concerned person and their line managers
Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation
Reconciliation with sister concerns within group
Assist in internal and external audits
Obtain confirmation from the parties for year end and final settlements
Preparation and filing of VAT and TDS returns
Book closing and tax clearance
