Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving business growth by selling our professional services to prospective clients. This role involves identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, cold calls, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate service solutions tailored to their business needs.
- Present and pitch company services (e.g., IT solutions, marketing, consulting, design, etc.) in a clear and compelling manner.
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or service sales roles.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.
- Experience in a service-based industry (e.g., IT, consulting, marketing, creative services) is a plus.
