Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in formulating and executing strategies to expand our market reach, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sales of our software products and IT solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to software and IT services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Deliver presentations and demos of software products to potential clients.
- Manage and analyze sales data, track KPIs, and prepare detailed reports for leadership.
- Support and train junior sales team members.
- Collaborate with the technical team to translate customer needs into product improvements.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital promotions, events, and outreach.
- Master’s degree (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing, Sales, or related field is required.
- Strong interest in software and technology; ability to understand and explain technical products effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply – technical knowledge or prior internship in tech sales/marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Basic understanding of SaaS, enterprise solutions, or cloud technologies.
- Experience in B2B sales or marketing is a plus.
