Job Title: Sales Officer – Adhesive

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal (Head Office)

Travel Required: Yes (Extensive travel across Nepal)

Experience: 1–3 years (Relevant experience in the Nepali market is mandatory)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer to represent a leading Indian adhesive manufacturing company in the Nepal market. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in industrial or retail adhesive product sales and possess in-depth knowledge of the Nepali distribution network. This is a key role focused on expanding market presence, increasing sales, and building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end users across Nepal.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent and promote the company's adhesive product range in the Nepali market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and project clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the company.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Plan and execute sales visits, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with the Indian head office for supply chain, marketing support, and reporting.
Handle customer queries, ensure after-sales support, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and territory coverage.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of sales experience in the adhesive, construction chemical, or related industry in Nepal.
Strong knowledge of the Nepali market dynamics and distribution channels.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Nepali and English.
Willingness to travel extensively across Nepal.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
