Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven “Head-Marketing” to lead our marketing efforts in the mutual fund, portfolio management and other sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, acquire and retain clients, and drive business growth.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

-     Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

-     Minimum of 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services, asset management or mutual fund industry.

-     Strong understanding of mutual funds, investment products and financial markets.

-     Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

-     Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media and email marketing.

-     Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.

-     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-     Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software and marketing automation platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

-     Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's mutual fund, portfolio management services and other verticals.

-     Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, content marketing, email and offline channels.

-     Conduct market research to understand investor needs, competitor positioning and industry trends.

-    Create compelling marketing content including brochures, presentations, website content, blogs and whitepapers.

-     Collaborate with sales team to develop targeted marketing materials and sales support tools.

-     Manage and optimize the company's digital presence including website, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.

-     Organize and promote webinars, seminars, investor education programs and industry events.

-     Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

-     Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines related to financial marketing and advertising.

-     Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.

-     Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies and media outlets.

-     Identify and implement innovative marketing technologies and automation tools to enhance efficiency.

-     Work closely with product development teams to align marketing strategies with investment offerings.
