Client Relationship Executive

Responsibilities

Serve as point of contact for Advertising campaigns on our platforms, Content (PPV) business clients, and other ISPs.
Coordinate for onboarding, renewals, and business support.
Support sales and promotional activities (SMS, Viber, FCM, and others) for movie launches and OTT Business.
Coordinate with the internal technical team within an organization to plan and execute advertising campaigns/PPV content.
Track performance and ensure timely reporting to partners and the Supervisor.
Follow up on monthly billing and payment collection from advertising and content clients.
Prepare and share regular billing and performance reports with partners (movie distributors, ad clients)
Maintain billing records and reporting dashboards accurately.
Keep client data, contracts, campaign files, and communication logs up to date.
Ensure compliance with internal processes.
