Role Description
- Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients
- Travel to client locations to understand their business needs and present solutions
- Handle client objections and negotiate terms professionally
- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system
- Develop thorough knowledge of our software products and services
- Gather and report customer feedback to improve our offerings
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing)
- Help create sales collateral and presentation materials
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Smart, presentable, and results-driven personality.
- Fluency in Nepali; basic English communication preferred.
