Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Kathmandu. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management tasks related to promoting Tuna Technology's products and services.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Identify and generate leads from hotels, restaurants, and enterprises.
  • Conduct product demos and present tailored sales pitches.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly targets.
  • Maintain CRM with accurate lead and sales data.
  • Coordinate with implementation teams for smooth client onboarding.
  • Provide market feedback to improve product offerings.
  • Prepare professional sales proposals, quotes, and pricing documents.
  • Generate and submit weekly sales performance and pipeline reports.
  • Perform cold calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Identify new opportunities and niche segments for HMS and ERP products.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
