Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Officer to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in identifying and securing business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our content and services through strategic outreach and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients, brands, and partners to pitch collaboration and sponsorship opportunities.
- Develop tailored proposals, pitch decks, and marketing materials in collaboration with the content and creative teams.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring a high standard of communication and service.
- Support the planning, execution, and promotion of both outdoor and in-house events, from brand activations to media launches.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Track leads, sales activity, and maintain CRM records; prepare regular reports on performance and client feedback.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, client servicing, or media partnerships (experience in the media or entertainment industry preferred) is a plus point!
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a flair for pitching ideas and storytelling.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Genuine interest in media, branding, and experiential marketing.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to work on both outdoor and in-house events as part of campaigns and partnerships.
