Job Description
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the national sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales strategies.
  • Prepare and manage the national sales budget, forecasts, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel across the country as needed.
