Role Description
The Account officer is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and experience in retail or service-oriented industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpersonal skills for Team handling.
- Regular books closing and reporting.
- Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting data to be provided to MIS.
- Take accountability of department (Answer question regarding status).
- Stock taking and Reco.
- Bank entries and Reco.
Skills:
Good with MS- Office (Excel)
Good knowledge of Accounting Software
Knowledge of sales tax compliance and reporting
