This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Food and Beverage Associate at Lavie Hospitality Group located in Bouddha, Kathmandu. We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a warm and friendly demeanor. As a Senior Food and Beverage Associate, you will play a key role in providing attentive service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Educational background in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, or Tourism Studies
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a food & beverage service role
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Knowledge of POS systems, order handling, and customer service standards is an advantage
- Guide and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards
- Assist in training new staff on restaurant policies, service techniques, and menu knowledge
- Lead by example, ensuring discipline, teamwork, and a positive work environment
- Delegate tasks effectively to maintain efficiency during peak hours
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include previous experience in a customer-facing role, knowledge of different types of cuisine, and basic math skills for handling payment transactions.
