We're hiring a Business Development and Marketing Officer to build, nurture, and vibe-check our creator network — and make campaigns that connect.

Key Responsibilities:
∙Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
∙Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
∙Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches.
∙Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
∙Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
∙Analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance to optimize results.
∙Contribute to branding initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
Qualifications
∙Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
∙Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∙Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∙Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/marketing tools (e.g., Excel, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.).
∙Strong understanding of market research, lead generation, and sales strategies.
∙Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
