As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you will assist in identifying and reaching out to potential influencers, managing communication, and supporting the development of our influencer marketing program. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify potential Instagram and TikTok influencers aligned with brand values

• Assist in drafting and sending outreach messages and follow-ups

• Track responses and manage influencer communications through CRM or spreadsheet tools

• Support onboarding processes for new influencers into the program

• Maintain organized records of influencer interactions, campaign terms, and deliverables

• Coordinate internally to ensure influencers have access to creative briefs and assets

• Monitor influencer content for quality assurance and brand compliance

• Support in preparing basic performance reports based on post reach, engagement, and audience demographics

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and current influencer trends

• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup

• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and basic project management tools

• Prior internship or project experience in influencer marketing or social media outreach
