Location: Kathmandu, Nepal (Remote)
Position: Full-Time
Salary : Negotiable (Commission Based)

We are a growing software development and digital marketing agency based in Kathmandu, Nepal, specializing in providing top-tier software solutions and innovative digital marketing services. We are now planning to expand our services locally and globally. We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Marketing and Business Development Executive to help drive our international growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate high-quality leads from international clients via various online platforms, including Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and others including cold emails.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new national and international clients, effectively converting leads into paying customers.
- Revenue Growth: Focus on increasing revenue by closing deals with international clients and building long-term business relationships.
- Portfolio Management: Present and promote our agency’s software development and digital marketing services to potential clients, showcasing successful projects and the agency’s growth.
- Relationship Building: Nurture and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
- Market Research & Strategy: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust strategies and maximize business opportunities.
- Reporting: Regularly report on business development activities, lead generation success, and revenue growth to management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing and business development, with a proven track record of generating leads and driving revenue through international online platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.) or via cold emails.
- Sound Portfolio: Must be able to present a strong portfolio that highlights previous work and client success stories, demonstrating the ability to grow business and contribute to organizational development.
- Experience in software development and digital marketing industries is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills, with the ability to effectively engage international clients.
- Strong understanding of online platforms and digital tools used for lead generation, sales tracking, and client management.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, while being part of a remote or hybrid team.
- A keen interest in expanding business internationally and working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Educational Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
