Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the sales and marketing efforts across multiple properties within our cluster. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive revenue growth, market share, and brand awareness, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives of the cluster.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies across all properties within the cluster.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue across multiple segments (e.g., corporate, leisure, MICE).
Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, ensuring performance targets are met.
Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer insights to refine strategies.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and guest experience.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, social media, website content, and online campaigns.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to sales and marketing performance.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or multi-unit business sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful marketing campaigns.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
Willingness to travel across properties as needed.
