Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Officer with a Civil Engineering background to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project-based cement sales, establishing relationships with industry professionals, and ensuring technical alignment between client needs and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and target key infrastructure, commercial, and government projects for cement sales.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, and project consultants.
· Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients.
· Conduct regular site visits and follow-ups to monitor progress and ensure timely product delivery.
· Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and tender documentation.
· Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams to meet client expectations.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
· Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent (required).
· Minimum 2 years of experience in cement sales or construction materials, with a focus on project-based sales.
· Strong understanding of construction project workflows and technical specifications.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to travel frequently for project visits and client meetings.
· Proficient in MS Office.
· Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
