Job Description

Objective:

To generate quality leads by visiting residential and commercial societies, upcoming buildings, and maintaining relations with consultants , builder, HNI and existing clients. Pitch elevator maintenance, modernization, and installation services to society heads, facility managers, and builders, and align meetings with decision-makers to drive business growth.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily visits to buildings, societies, and ongoing construction sites.
  • Identify potential prospects for elevator and escalator new installation , modernization and maintenance
  • Collect key decision-maker details (e.g., project owners, consultants, project managers, builder).
  • Educate potential clients on TKE’s  offerings and technical advantages.
  • Use brochures, presentations, or demo videos during pitches.
  • Schedule formal meetings for the senior sales or technical team with interested parties.
  • Ensure smooth follow-up and coordination for site assessments or audits if needed.
  • Gather insights on ongoing or upcoming elevator projects.
  • Track competitor activities and customer feedback from the field.
  • Identify new areas or societies that might need elevator upgrades.
  • Log all field visits, contacts, and conversations in the lead management system or CRM.
  • Submit daily/weekly activity reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Track personal targets and performance regularly.
  • Build long-term relationships with society heads, maintenance teams, architects , consultants  and real estate developers .
  • Maintain follow-up calls and visits to convert leads into closed deals.
  • Represent TKE professionally with proper dress code, ID, and materials.
  • Ensure ethical practices in dealing with customers and site personnel.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of site visits per week
  • Qualified leads generated
  • Meetings scheduled with decision-makers
  • Conversion rate from lead to meeting
  • Client satisfaction on initial interactions 
Job Specification

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Eligible fresher candidate can also apply.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in field sales or on-ground B2B/B2C lead generation
  • Prior experience in elevator industry, building maintenance, real estate, construction equipment, or facility management services is a big plus
  • Experience dealing with society heads, RWAs, consultants, or builders is ideal
  • 2 wheeler with license is a must to apply
