Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through effective follow-up of leads via phone calls and messages.
- Influence and persuade customer buying decisions through effective communication and negotiation.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, logistic partners, and internal departments.
- Provide excellent customer service to all AG Books customers.
- Assortment building, book uploads, Social Media Post content.
The ideal candidates will possess:
- Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali, particularly over phone and messaging platforms.
- Prior sales experience: Proven experience in sales and cold calling, preferably in e-commerce or a related field.
- Ambition and career-driven: A strong desire to succeed and build a rewarding career.
- Eagerness to learn: A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning new skills and adapting to evolving industry trends.
- Leadership and Ownership: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and be accountable for their own performance.
- Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of using software and tools. Prior experience with MS-Excel, CRM and Social Media sales and content writing.
- 2W Driving License (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's Degree in Management
- At Least 1 Year of Experience in Sales
