Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Marketing Associate who will support DIGU’s brand presence across social media, blogs, email marketing, and creative campaigns. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team, our design team, and HR to keep our content fresh, relevant, and aligned with our mission.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow DIGU’s presence across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and X
• Brainstorm and plan engaging social media content ideas
• Keep a consistent content calendar and ensure timely posting
• Coordinate with the designer to get visual assets ready for publishing
• Develop blog content based on key topics that align with DIGU’s brand and audience
• Manage HubSpot for marketing emails, campaigns, and contact lists
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn using Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including audience targeting, performance monitoring, and reporting on key metrics
• Collaborate with the HR team to support recruitment-related content needs and employer branding efforts
• Coordinate with internal and external creative teams as needed

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management
• Proven experience running paid ad campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn
• Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM/email marketing tools
• Basic understanding of project management tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Asana
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
