Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kathmandu for a Social Media Analyst. The Social Media Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing social media metrics, developing and executing social media marketing strategies, and engaging with social networks. The role involves daily tasks such as analyzing data, reporting insights, and communicating findings to the team to enhance our social media presence and engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design daily posts & creatives using Canva or Adobe tools
- Schedule and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook,
- Write short tech blogs and weekly newsletters (don’t worry—we’ll help with topics!)
- Create or edit short videos on cybersecurity themes
- Stay on top of trends and industry buzz
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Social Media Measurement Skills
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Networking
- Strong Communication skills
- Skilled in Canva, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Experience in content creation with a portfolio to show
- Ability to write clean, engaging captions and blog snippets
- Fast learner, detail-oriented, and able to join immediately
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
