Job Overview/ Summary:

The Social Media Coordinator will enhance the company’s digital presence by strategically creating, managing, and optimizing content across platforms. This role demands adaptability, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative spirit to execute impactful campaigns that reflect the company’s values and engage diverse audiences.


Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):


Content Creation & Execution:

  • Develop engaging and original content, including text, images, and videos, tailored for digital platforms.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends to ensure content is fresh and impactful.

Campaign Development & Analysis:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute customer-centric campaigns.
  • Optimise content using SEO strategies to enhance visibility and traffic.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics, produce social media reports and recommend actionable improvements.

Influencer & Community Management:

  • Identify and engage influencers to amplify brand reach.
  • Build long-term partnerships with influencers and community stakeholders.
  • Foster community engagement through timely responses and proactive interactions.

Photo/Video Production:

  • Coordinate photo and video production activities to ensure professional and brand-aligned outputs.
  • Manage editing and post-production processes for high-quality deliverables.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track campaign and content performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.

Learning & Adaptability:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in social media platforms, and Canva, with a commitment to learning new tools.
  • Adapt to evolving digital trends, customer preferences, and technological advancements.


Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelors in Relevant field with 1-2 years of Experience. (Freshers are highly encouraged)


Required Competencies:

Core Skills:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or creative planning.
  • Proficiency in Canva
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse projects.

Creative & Strategic Thinking:

  • Strong conceptual and execution skills for creative, goal-oriented campaigns.
  • Ability to link creative efforts with measurable business outcomes.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience in influencer management and community engagement.
  • Familiarity with photo/video production and basic editing.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate digital campaign performance and effectiveness.


Reporting Structure:

  • Reports To: Marketing Team Lead
  • Reporting Frequency: Weekly and Monthly
