- Trainee – App Experience (Performance Marketing Department)
Join Foodmandu’s App Experience team to enhance user journeys! You'll help design offers, promotions, and improve app usability. Work closely with teams, use data insights, and bring creative ideas to elevate customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spot and fix menu errors, optimize store pages.
- Support marketing and merchandising initiatives.
- Analyze customer journeys and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with different teams to drive better app experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Business preferred) or a passionate fresher.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills.
- Wordsmith skills are a plus!
- Associate – Commercial (Commercial Department)
Be the bridge between Foodmandu and our clients! You’ll manage client relationships, support business development, and help ensure client satisfaction and growth.
