We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can shape how we tell our story online.


Role Overview

This is a mid-level role for someone who’s equally creative and accountable. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end execution, planning content, publishing across platforms, managing communities, tracking performance, and keeping our brand voice sharp and consistent.

You’ll work closely with our content, design, and video teams to deliver timely, impactful social content that drives awareness and engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan & execute platform-specific strategies along with marketing strategist across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
  • Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and paid content.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual style.
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions to track audience sentiment.
  • Flag important queries, feedback, or conversations to the relevant teams.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen community visibility and loyalty.
  • Own KPIs like reach, engagement, growth, and retention.
  • Prepare weekly reports with actionable insights and improvement suggestions.
  • Use trend research and performance data to propose and test new content formats.
  • Identify and coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations.
  • Support the creation of short-form content such as tutorials, feature explainers, and trend videos.
  • Coordinate with the design and writing teams for timely asset delivery.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand or digital product.
  • Strong sense of trends, short-form content, and digital storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Meta Suite, Canva, CapCut, and scheduling tools.
  • Fluent in both English and Nepali (spoken and written).
  • Confident analyzing performance data and optimizing strategy.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
