Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and proposals to potential clients.
  • Assist in developing strategic plans to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align BD strategies.
  • Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
