Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deal Sourcing & Evaluation
- Identify and evaluate high-potential investment opportunities.
- Conduct initial screenings, prepare investment memos, and present findings to the Investment Management Committee (IMC).
2. Due Diligence & Risk Assessment
- Lead comprehensive due diligence (financial, legal, operational, and market).
- Collaborate with external advisors to ensure robust evaluations and risk mitigation strategies.
3. Portfolio Management
- Monitor portfolio performance, track KPIs, and recommend value-creation strategies or exits.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and support strategic engagement with portfolio companies.
4. Financial Modeling & Valuation
- Develop financial models (DCF, LBO, sensitivity analysis) to assess investment returns.
- Stay updated on industry valuation trends and methodologies.
5. Investment Committee Reporting
- Draft and present investment proposals and risk analyses to the IMC.
- Oversee post-approval execution processes and reporting obligations.
6. Compliance & Policy Adherence
- Ensure investments align with the fund’s Investment Policy Framework, regulatory standards, and ESG guidelines.
- Maintain thorough documentation for internal and external audits.
