Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Account & Admin position located in Kathmandu at AirCharge. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to account management, customer service, administrative duties, and supporting finance-related activities.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • Process payroll, manage attendance records, and oversee employee reimbursements.
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as Tally or related accounting software
  • Assist with budgeting, tax filings, and preparation of financial reports.
  • Support administrative functions including vendor coordination, documentation, and office management.
  • Communicate with banks, suppliers, and government bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with banks for L/C, T/T and RTGS payments, local and international.
  • Support tender bidding and submission of RFP.


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in accounting and administrative roles. Worked in trading company. (Preferred)
  • Proficient in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems and tax regulations.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
  • Fluency in both English and Nepali, written and spoken.
  • (Preferred) Experience working in infrastructure, construction, or energy sectors.
