We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Success Officer to join our advertising agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and increasing revenue for the agency.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
Understand clients' business objectives and develop advertising strategies that align with those goals
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, account management, etc.) to develop and execute advertising campaigns that meet client expectations
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting to clients
Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns clients may have
Grow revenue from existing clients by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Listen to suggestions and wishes of the clients and communicate them to the appropriate people inside the agency
Participate in new business pitches and proposal development as needed
Manage the execution of client and company events, ensuring timely planning, budgeting, and delivery.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide strategic recommendations to clients
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on client needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in client management or account management within an advertising agency
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems
Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
