Location: Kuleshwor, Kathmandu
Salary: Approximately 70/80K
Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in FMCG or Stationery sector in a sales leadership role
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any field
Note: Two wheeler with driving license compulsory.
Job Description
- Lead and manage a sales team of 15+ members
- Set regional sales targets and ensure consistent achievement
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Guide, mentor, and train the sales team to improve performance
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle challenges in the field and ensure team motivation under press Requirements:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in FMCG or Stationery sector in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record of leading successful sales teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of working under pressure and handling field challenges
- Must be willing to travel extensively all across Nepal
