As a Senior Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee showroom/branch sales and ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Lead and manage dealer and regional sales activities, building strong relationships across the network.
  • Forecast seasonal sales targets and effectively communicate them to team members and dealers.
  • Drive performance across all sales channels, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share in the assigned region.
  • Monitor and manage the entire dealer network, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
  • Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to sales teams and dealer partners.
  • Analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine strategy.
Job Specification

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience in the two-wheeler automobile industry.
  • Hands-on experience with dealer network management and regional sales leadership.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of sales forecasting, team management, and dealer operations.
  • Proficient in sales data analysis and target planning.
  • Ability to lead teams with a vision and motivate for high performance.
