Job DescriptionAs a Senior Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee showroom/branch sales and ensure smooth operational execution.
- Lead and manage dealer and regional sales activities, building strong relationships across the network.
- Forecast seasonal sales targets and effectively communicate them to team members and dealers.
- Drive performance across all sales channels, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share in the assigned region.
- Monitor and manage the entire dealer network, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
- Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to sales teams and dealer partners.
- Analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine strategy.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience in the two-wheeler automobile industry.
- Hands-on experience with dealer network management and regional sales leadership.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of sales forecasting, team management, and dealer operations.
- Proficient in sales data analysis and target planning.
- Ability to lead teams with a vision and motivate for high performance.
