Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales tasks and assist the sales team with documents, reports, and scheduling.
  • Support branch offices with sales activities and updates.
  • Motivate and help the field sales team with training and guidance.
  • Keep daily sales data updated, analyse the data, and prepare reports.
  • Plan and handle different sales activities as needed.
  • Monitor and analyse the sales performance of each branch.
  • Handle and follow up on sales leads from different sources.
  • Maintain good communication between the corporate office and branch teams.
  • Assist in making and executing sales plans.
  • Talk to branch teams regularly and collect their feedback for improvement.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work well with teams and provide support
  • Well organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong decision-and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of CRM software
  • Understanding of sales and marketing activities
  • Must have knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Can easily adapt to new tasks and environments
  • Previous experience in sales support or coordination is preferred
