Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales tasks and assist the sales team with documents, reports, and scheduling.
- Support branch offices with sales activities and updates.
- Motivate and help the field sales team with training and guidance.
- Keep daily sales data updated, analyse the data, and prepare reports.
- Plan and handle different sales activities as needed.
- Monitor and analyse the sales performance of each branch.
- Handle and follow up on sales leads from different sources.
- Maintain good communication between the corporate office and branch teams.
- Assist in making and executing sales plans.
- Talk to branch teams regularly and collect their feedback for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work well with teams and provide support
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Strong decision-and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of CRM software
- Understanding of sales and marketing activities
- Must have knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Can easily adapt to new tasks and environments
- Previous experience in sales support or coordination is preferred
