Profile Summary:
We are looking for energetic and passionate Sales Officers to join our team across multiple locations in Nepal. The Sales Officer plays a crucial role in driving electric vehicle (EV) sales by engaging with customers, building relationships, and promoting sustainable mobility solutions. This position requires a combination of sales expertise, product knowledge, and customer service to ensure a smooth buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Identify potential customers and generate sales leads through various channels (walk-ins, online inquiries, corporate tie-ups, etc.).
- Conduct sales presentations and explain the benefits of EVs, including cost savings, environmental impact, and performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, offer test drives, and provide complete product demonstrations.
- Convert leads into sales by addressing customer concerns and ensuring a smooth purchasing process.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Educate customers about government subsidies, tax benefits, and financing options available for EVs.
- Assist customers with the entire purchase process, including financing, insurance, and registration.
- Maintain post-sales engagement to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on market trends, government policies, and competitor offerings.
- Gather customer feedback on EV adoption challenges and relay insights to the marketing and product teams.
- Suggest improvements in sales strategies based on customer preferences and market demand.
4. Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with the marketing team to participate in promotional events, roadshows, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance departments to facilitate loan approvals and EMI options.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and after-sales support.
5. Dealer & Channel Partner Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with authorized dealers and distributors.
- Ensure branding, promotional activities, and customer experience at dealership locations meet company standards.
- Conduct training sessions for dealer sales teams to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and follow-up reports.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
7. Key Skills and Competencies
· Sales & Negotiation Skills – Ability to persuade and close deals effectively.
· Customer-Centric Approach – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Product Knowledge – Basic Understanding of EV technology, battery charging, range, and performance.
· Market Awareness – Knowledge of EV policies, subsidies, and incentives.
· Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with CRM software, online sales platforms, and digital marketing tools.
· Team Collaboration – Ability to work with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and after-sales service.
8. Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 2-3 years of sales experience in automobiles, EVs, or related industries (EV experience is preferred but not mandatory).
9.Remuneration and CTC - 35k-40k + Incentives
