Panchakanya Group, a leading industrial conglomerate in Nepal, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our market presence in the Kathmandu region. Position: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

Department: Sales & Marketing

Experience Level: Mid to Senior Management

Reports To: Head of Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team to meet and exceed goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Monitor performance metrics and generate regular sales reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
  • Ensure effective implementation of promotional activities and brand campaigns in the region.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, Relationship building and Interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kathmandu.
