Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team to meet and exceed goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
- Monitor performance metrics and generate regular sales reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Ensure effective implementation of promotional activities and brand campaigns in the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, Relationship building and Interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kathmandu.
