We are hiring a Retail & E-commerce Executive to drive product launches, sales performance, and online visibility. This role will oversee product deployment to stores and online platforms, ensuring timely launches and effective tracking of sales and staff KPIs.
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
- Plan and execute product launches for new arrivals across retail stores.
- Decide launch timelines and distribution based on stock levels and sales strategies.
- Track in-store sales, returns, and exchanges by outlet.
- Monitor employee performance through Target vs. Achievement tracking.
- Conduct SOP audits across retail stores and recommend improvements.
- Manage product listings on online platforms, including pricing, descriptions, and stock.
- Oversee discounting strategies and online sales campaigns.
- Analyze both offline and online sales data and propose actionable insights.
- 2+ years of experience in retail, merchandising, or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of product merchandising and store operations.
- Proficient in Excel, sales analytics, and e-commerce platforms.
- Attention to detail with strong time and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel for store audits and team coordination.
