Job Description
Role Summary

We are looking for a talented Designer to join our dynamic team and drive our branding and social media initiatives to the next level.As the Designer, you will be responsible to initiate the creative vision and execution of Daraz social media and branding concepts and works. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, content and commercial teams to ensure our brand is represented consistently and compellingly across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for design and a strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership: Lead the development and execution of visual concepts for social media campaigns, branding projects, and promotional materials.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative output aligns with Daraz’ brand guidelines and enhances brand identity across all channels.
  • Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the social media team to create engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and considerations on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Campaign Development: Work with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns, ensuring a cohesive visual experience across all touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to keep Daraz at the forefront of eCommerce and social media marketing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or other related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in art direction, preferably within an eCommerce or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media content creation, branding, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CapCut.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their impact on brand visibility and engagement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
