Job Description (JD):Nest Digital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant Intern to support our growing content and account management needs. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the back-end operations of digital campaigns while contributing to daily execution across platforms.
You’ll be working closely with the Social Media Coordinator and Content Strategist to maintain posting schedules, track analytics, and ensure timely campaign execution for our diverse set of clients — especially in the hospitality, real estate, and lifestyle sectors.
- Assist in scheduling and publishing content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Coordinate content approvals, manage publishing timelines, and maintain post logs
- Support in compiling monthly analytics reports using Meta Business Suite and other tools
- Participate in creative brainstorming and trend research to support ideation
- Maintain asset folders, ensuring all creatives, captions, and reference files are properly tagged and archived
- Assist in comment monitoring, basic community management, and response coordination
- Support operational tasks like uploading creatives, updating internal trackers, and helping during shoot days if required
- Familiarity with social media platforms and features (Stories, Reels, Insights, etc.)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of brand tone, captions, and hashtags
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Meta tools, or similar scheduling platforms
- Passion for content, social trends, and digital culture
