OverviewThe Digital Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the online presence of the organization, driving digital engagement, and supporting overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- [Communication strategy setting] Participate in the environment analysis of market, competitor and product and conduct competitor benchmarking required for setting communication strategy.
- [Campaign planning] Participate in the creative concept planning of multi-dimensional campaigns that touch various consumer touch points.
- [Brand strategy development] Participate in the market research and benchmarking of the strategies and naming status of competitors that are needed for developing brand strategies.
- Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years preferably in mobile or FMCG industry
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
