Job Description
Location: Purna’s Museum Resort, Jharuwarashi, Godawari, Nepal
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
Handle reservations, inquiries, and customer requests in person and over the phone.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Coordinate with the café team to ensure smooth customer service.
Manage daily bookings and assist with basic administrative tasks.
Provide information about the café’s menu, services, and events.
Handle guest feedback and ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Education: SEE passed
Good communication skills in English and Nepali.
Basic computer skills for handling reservations and inquiries.
Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
