Job Description

  • Developing and maintaining a good working relationship with customers
  • Identifying potential customers and generating new business leads
  • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about the company, product, and services
  • Providing product or service information and demonstrating product features to customer
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals with customers
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the product or service purchased
  • Meeting sales targets and goals set by the company
  • Participating in training programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
  • Collaborating with other members of the sales team and other departments within the company to achieve sales objectives.


Requirements and skills

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is required. 
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal skills: You should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to build and maintain relationships with customers. You should be able to empathize with customers and understand their needs.
  • Product knowledge: You should have a good understanding of the IT products and services. You should be able to explain the features and benefits of the product or service to customers.
  • Sales skills: You should have excellent sales skills be able to negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Problem-solving skills: You should have good problem-solving skills and be able to think creatively to find solutions to customer problems.
  • Organizational skills: You should be well-organized and able to manage your time effectively. You should be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technology skills: You should have a good understanding of technology and be able to use software and tools to manage customer data, track sales, and communicate with customers.
  • Positive attitude: You should have a positive attitude and be enthusiastic about their job. You should be able to stay motivated and focused, even in challenging situations.
  • You should have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
