Customer Service Representative

Reports To: Customer Service Manager / Administration Head

Colleges Nepal is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The role involves handling student and guardian inquiries, providing information about courses and institutions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, customer-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced educational environment.


Key Responsibilities (KRA):

  • Respond to phone, email, and social media inquiries regarding IT courses, certifications, and admission processes.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about training programs, schedules, trainers, and certifications.
  • Handle student and client concerns with professionalism and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with trainers, marketing, and administrative teams to ensure smooth communication and support.
  • Create engaging content and manage posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Support in organizing training workshops, seminars, and promotional events.
  • Handle documentation, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications with prospects and students.
  • Continuously work to enhance the student/client experience and maintain positive relationships.


Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's degree (preferably in IT, Management, or related field).
  • Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or academic counseling is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of IT training programs and digital tools.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Nepali (spoken and written).
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, email handling, and social media management.
  • Ability to create simple and engaging content (text and visuals) for online platforms.
  • Creative, patient, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
