  • Keep visitor logs and handle client inquiries professionally.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement.
  • Report maintenance issues and oversee cleaning staff.
  • Support recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Assist new hires with banking forms and coordinate with banks.
  • Coordinate employee birthday cards with designers.
  • Collaborate with institutions to facilitate IT training sessions.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, ongoing accepted).
  • Customer service or reception experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in office equipment and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
