Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Technical Lead at Asterisk Digital located in Kathmandu.
Qualifications
Technical Lead (2+ Years Experience)
● Lead Development Projects: Oversee the end-to-end design, development, and
deployment of scalable software solutions, ensuring high code quality and performance.
● Team Guidance & Mentorship: Mentor and support developers through code reviews,
technical discussions, and knowledge sharing to build a strong engineering culture.
● Architecture & Best Practices: Design robust system architectures and advocate for
best practices in development, testing, security, and CI/CD.
● Project Coordination: Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and
DevOps teams to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
● Problem Solving & Innovation: Tackle complex technical challenges, proactively
identify improvements, and introduce innovative solutions aligned with business needs.
Qualifications:
● Minimum 2+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year in a lead
or senior developer role.
● Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and iterative development
practices.
● Hands-on experience with SaaS-based architecture, multi-tenant systems, and
scalable cloud solutions.
● Strong understanding of design patterns, system design, and microservices architecture.
● Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive collaboration and accountability.

Time:7AM to 4:30 PM(5 Days in a week)
Location: Tinkune, subidhanagar
