Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Reservations Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our communities, service providers, and sales team. You’ll ensure seamless coordination of reservations, deliver top-notch customer service, and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

Reservation Management: Manage and update all booking details, inquiries, modifications, and  reservations in the central system.

Guest Experience: Ensure a seamless guest experience by coordinating with homestay managers and addressing guest concerns promptly.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or the travel/tourism industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using reservation management tools or databases.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • A passion for sustainable tourism and empowering local communities is highly valued.
