Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Success & Partnership Coordinator to guide students through the enrollment process, build relationships with educational institutions, and drive business growth through strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about student counseling, PR development, and institutional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
2. Provide information on courses, career opportunities, and eligibility criteria.
3. Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and training institutes.
4. Represent Crest Technology in seminars, educational fairs, and networking events.
5. Develop strategic collaborations with institutions to enhance student recruitment.
6. Identify new student recruitment opportunities through partnerships.
7. Develop marketing and PR strategies to increase brand visibility.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in student counseling, business development, or PR.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Data Analytics tools is a plus.
