Job Summary:

The Operation Manager at Yoddha Lab Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, ensuring efficiency across departments, and driving organizational growth. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to streamline processes for optimal performance.


Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop, implement, and improve operational policies and procedures.


·        Monitor and optimize workflow across different departments to enhance productivity.


·        Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control to maximize efficiency.


·        Work closely with department heads to ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination.


·        Identify and address operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.


·        Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.


·        Supervise and support teams in achieving performance goals.


·        Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to enhance operational efficiency.


·        Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.


·        Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.


·        Implement technology-driven solutions to improve business operations.


·        Generate reports and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.


Requirements:

·        Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.


·        Proven experience as an Operation Manager or in a similar leadership role.


·        Strong understanding of business processes and operational best practices.


·        Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.


·        Leadership and team management abilities.


·        Proficiency in using business management software and tools.


·        Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills.


·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


·        Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:

·        Experience in IT, SaaS, or technology-based companies.


·        Knowledge of project management methodologies.


·        Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and automation tools.
